Sold For List

This is an update to my post entitle “Crazy Housing Prices.” I found out the house got sold. It was listed by Macdonald Realty with an asking price of $528,000. During dim sum today I found out it got sold at the full asking price. Considering that the owner paid $448,000 for the unit just one year ago, I say he did OK.
I guess you just have to enjoy this real estate ride while you can.
