I actually liked it and found it a great source for anyone who's beginning to get into making money online. You've covered some of the essentials towards getting your blog up and then to marketing it, which is where the money comes in .

Forget about adding the book to your Amazon wish list. Just get it now. If you aren't just paying a lip service when you give comments on John's blog do yourself a favor and read his physical book.

Yes, the publishing world moves pretty slow. It's especially hard to adjust to when you're used to the immediate nature of the Internet. But I'm glad you published it!

john, i totally get it re the slowness of the publishing process. having lived in social media land for quite a few years now, i, too, often find myself impatient with the speed of IRL. in fact, i have a book that i should have done the second edition of over a year ago and i just can't get myself to go through the process yet. it's so much easier and more fun to write a few more blog posts!
