I’ve had to deal with trademark issues in jobs I’ve had before. It really is amazing how litigious large corporations are over anything that could even remotely sound or look like their product or service.

    1. It depends on the issue, in some cases large companies will make outlandish claims hoping you’ll settle out of fear and if you ignore them, they never pursue it legally, as it’s not worth the cost to fight a risky battle.

      1. Geedos says:

I think with large companies that’s one of their main tactics – especially if they’re going up against a startup or a small company.

For most small companies it’s just not worth the possibility that you might lose and have to face a huge legal bill that would put you out of business.

        Safer to steer clear.

The theme has a nice layout and the header pic is nice, the site seems to be cluttered with ad’s, what the heck John, you know what you’re doing. People will still come even if they have to filter through the ads.
