Love this post... very good analogy. It drives me insane when I hear people complaining about how much weight they need to lose when it really is as "simple" as you say. The hard part is willpower to follow through. You are right with your secret formula you just revealed to internet riches... BUT... there are a LOT of factors that come into play. You need good, original ideas; timing... good content and who knows what else. The way I'm going about it is to simply do as much as I can and see what sticks.
