It's not a bad theme; it's actually perfect for adsense. The top right box just says click me all over it, the sky scrapper is in the best location. The link unit is perfect. Just swap out the header, do some mods here and there and it's a great theme. It's worth the 79 I paid for it and so far my CTR today is pretty good.
