Do you know anything about directories? Or is it you are just venting about prices? The “13″ implies that there is 13 sub-categories to that category not how many links. By charging these prices you are sure to get quality sites submitted by people who care about there sites. Obtaining these types of submissions are what directories are aiming for now.
