The forth quarter of the year is the best time to be in the affiliate marketing game. Hell, it’s the best time to do anything that has to do with making money online. Q4 is the party quarter. Over 1/3 of TTZ Media’s yearly income is generated in the last three months of the year. If you don’t have your site up and running by now, you’ve missed the money train, again.

I did a review of Paul Bourque from Uber Affiliate earlier this month. Paul Bourque is a super affiliate. However, many readers dismissed him because of his age (he is 19) and because he jokingly changed his FeedBurner image to display 87,864 readers instead of his true count of 321. Well, it seems Paul decided to silence his critics today by posting a screen shot of his affiliate earnings.

uber-screen.gif

The screen shot represent Azoogle earnings from October 20th to November 20th. I have feeling Paul is going to have a very merry Christmas!

Sure you do, Paul. You asked in your prior blog post why your blog wasn’t growing at all. Overnight, you gained almost 100 RSS readers with this earnings post. Not only that, but Im sure you could use your ‘Earnings’ to get referals from any network you’d like. For example, I’m sure your getting flooded with emails from people wanting you to teach/show/advise and help them out with their own projects. You can just send them to whichever program you want, collect the referal and if they end up making money themselves, get a piece of that as well.

I’m not saying you are faking your numbers. Only you and your AM know that. I’m just saying with the publicity, links and fanboys that you picked up, there are reasons to fake it ;)

I think Shawn has asked the $200,000 question. Did he spend $10,000 to make $200,000, or $150,000? or $210,000?

As a fellow 19 year old, I’ve got to say that Paul is what gives the “younger” crowd confidence to do it. But I wonder exactly HOW he does it though. And I agree, 4th Quarters is always good (think Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas as well as New Years!) Its basically “holiday (or as you said John) … party quarter.”

    Hey Paul,
I signed up with Azoogle, but have yet to do anything with them. I wonder if I call my rep at Azoogle if they would give me some insight on what offers to promote and HOW everyone is promoting them?

One thing I’ve noticed is that the IN thing to do seems to be posting screenshots of earnings. This generates a lot of inbound links. People then go to your blog, shoemoney’s, etc. and perhaps sign up under you.

So maybe the real secret is to recruit an ARMY of people to promote offers and not even bother with promoting them yourself? Who knows… all I know is I gotta figure this stuff out!
