		<description>This is incredible. Although I've yet to see that type of crazy developments in Toronto, we're not that far off. Vu had line-ups out the door last summer and they sold roughly 40% of the units in the first day.

Pre-construction / Friends / Agent's Previews sales are always like this.</description>
