    Great video John. I think another reason might be fear of failure. Also, not seeing immediate results can cause one to give up (but that would link to not being committed).

    I guess it all comes down to persistence. Even if you fail a challenge, if you get back up and continue to plod on you’ll achieve some level of success. It’s all down to failing some sort of challenge provided you learn to increase your commitment.
