I can say that belnding Adsense is a very good way to increase your profit. Design your navigation like a Adsense Linkblock (are they named like that in US?) and store one over the navigation. The CTR will make a nice jump. I described that in my german blog, but the picture should show what i mean: http://www.ehlunding.de/blog/41/layout-an-adsense-anpassen/

I am not sure if I use the same title plugin as you, but it seems to do the similar thing with moving the site name to the end and the blog post title to the front. I have seen some nice traffic from google because of this. About 1 week after I did this I started seeing a few of my pages in the 1 - 3 spot and a good increase of traffic and revenue.

Related Posts plugin is really cool.
Regarding the wp_title(), I just hack the code in header.php to put the post title and then just hard code a couple of keywords - rather than the name of the blog.. Of course, you could make the name of the blog a couple of keywords.
I believe that doing this is one of the most important SEO things you can do.

Good info though.

I believe it only does once. Would be cool if it keep updating but if it can do that, then the coder should get a job at Google! He'll be able to name his price.

Cool plugin, how's the performance? Does it only generate the list once when the post is created, or does it keep updating?
