Ultimate Home Away From Home

Tell grandpa his days of pulling his SLK behind the Bluebird are over! The Bluebird RV from Volkner Mobil allows you do something that no other mobile home can do: store a car it ins own garage. Where on a more conventional motor home you would expect to find a hold for luggage, a door beneath the main body of the vehicle opens up to reveal a space large enough to park a family car.

It is perfect for mobile travelers hankering for a little more freedom on holiday, allowing them to take on excursions or trips to the supermarket without having to uproot the entire contents of their motor home at the same time. Plus, it’s just damn cool and should evoke envious looks from the other motor homes at the campsite.

The Volkner offers two different body length to accommodate different sizes cars. The 10.5 meter home will have enough room for a Mini Cooper or SLK. Moving up to the 12.3 meter home will allow you to fit a Porsche 911, Jaguar XK8 Cabriolets, Ferrari F430, Corvette Z06 or other similarly dimensioned cars. Pricing is not available but you can visit Vokner Mobil for more information and to schedule a test drive. Bring your car with you to make sure it fits.

Anderson Mobile Estates

As fancy as the Bluebird is, it’s not the ultimate motor home. That title would go to the above creation from Anderson Mobile Estate.

While most travel trailer provide 200 to 400 square feet of living space, the Anderson Mobile Estates trailers offer an incredible 1,100 square feet of spacious living area on two levels (the roof rises up to create the second floor). The estates are custom built to the owner’s preference. No request is too crazy. Want a safe play areas for your kids? No problem. How about a full recording studio with sound booth? They can do that too.

The Estate isn’t designed for the owner to drive. You would hire a driver to drive it to its remote location and then fly in on your private jet. The Anderson Mobile Estates may not be the ultimate way to travel since you don’t drive it. However, it is the ultimate way to live when there are no 5-star hotels near by. Below are some photos of the Estate belonging to Will Smith. No doubt Will deducted the $1.8 million cost of the Estate as a business expense.
