Ultimate Home Away From Home

Tell grandpa his days of pulling his SLK behind the Bluebird are over! The Bluebird RV from Volkner Mobil allows you do something that no other mobile home can do: store a car it ins own garage. Where on a more conventional motor home you would expect to find a hold for luggage, a door beneath the main body of the vehicle opens up to reveal a space large enough to park a family car.

It is perfect for mobile travelers hankering for a little more freedom on holiday, allowing them to take on excursions or trips to the supermarket without having to uproot the entire contents of their motor home at the same time. Plus, it’s just damn cool and should evoke envious looks from the other motor homes at the campsite.

The Volkner offers two different body length to accommodate different sizes cars. The 10.5 meter home will have enough room for a Mini Cooper or SLK. Moving up to the 12.3 meter home will allow you to fit a Porsche 911, Jaguar XK8 Cabriolets, Ferrari F430, Corvette Z06 or other similarly dimensioned cars. Pricing is not available but you can visit Vokner Mobil for more information and to schedule a test drive. Bring your car with you to make sure it fits.

Anderson Mobile Estates

anderson.jpg

As fancy as the Bluebird is, it’s not the ultimate motor home. That title would go to the above creation from Anderson Mobile Estate.

While most travel trailer provide 200 to 400 square feet of living space, the Anderson Mobile Estates trailers offer an incredible 1,100 square feet of spacious living area on two levels (the roof rises up to create the second floor). The estates are custom built to the owner’s preference. No request is too crazy. Want a safe play areas for your kids? No problem. How about a full recording studio with sound booth? They can do that too.

The Estate isn’t designed for the owner to drive. You would hire a driver to drive it to its remote location and then fly in on your private jet. The Anderson Mobile Estates may not be the ultimate way to travel since you don’t drive it. However, it is the ultimate way to live when there are no 5-star hotels near by. Below are some photos of the Estate belonging to Will Smith. No doubt Will deducted the $1.8 million cost of the Estate as a business expense.

    1. MoneyNing says:

This would make an amazing restaurant! John should rent one and drive to the next trade show in Vegas 🙂

      2. David Chew says:

He can transform it into a restaurant and a gym for customer and himself. It maybe earning a lot.

    2. You should buy one John and take the family for a vacation!

      1. Seopher says:

Or bring yourself and some other A-listers to the UK in the AFFILIATE CONVOY

        1. David Chew says:

That sure going to attract a lot people.

          1. MyBlogLove says:

            including me. 😀

this time (when we look that mobil) we must make commitment in our heart ‘yes, i will get it!’
            Ups… 😀

    3. Matt says:

I could’ve done with either of those on my road trip last weekend..

    4. Gotta love the neon lights…

    5. Greg C. says:

It’s not a trailer like in a “white trash trailer park.” It’s a freaking RV. It’s not really “my thing” but I think most of the people using RVs for travel and leisure aren’t exactly “white trash.”

Obviously Will Smith isn’t “white trash” and I wouldn’t call someone like Clarence Thomas that either..obviously. Those are just some of the well known people who use RVs.

  2. Reed says:

wow, that is insane! And you can bet the people driving them don’t even worry about the gas prices.
    I’ll take 2!

    1. RacerX says:

…yeah I don’t think gas mileage is an issue if you are motoring around with a Porsche in the trunk 😆

  3. Shawn Knight says:

…and suddenly, the new apartment I was looking at doesn’t seem as cool now 😥

    1. Shaun Carter says:

Yeah, it looks as if the trailer is bigger than many one bedroom apartments!

      1. It’s bigger and nicer then my house…. 🙄

    2. Terry Tay says:

Heck, this looks a lot better than many houses out there. It probably costs more than a lot of the houses too.

I can just hear the rich guys talking to each other at the next cocktail party…

“So how many MPG does your house get?”

      ~Terry

      1. It probably costs about a dollar a mile to drive one of these puppies.

  4. Hector says:

That’s pretty amazing, but I prefer to spend that money on a real house or do something more productive

    1. Agreed. In addition, I get really bad motion sickness… so if this thing were actually moving… I’d be sick the entire time.. but at least I’d be sick in something neat looking! I’d rather buy more homes or something… or better yet, an Aston Martin!

      1. ViralKing says:

At 1.8 mill you could have change from 4 Aston Martins! 😈

  5. Tom Beaton says:

That just would no work in Europe. You wouldnt be able to go anywhere other than up and down motorways!

    1. Krsto says:

I agree on this. Where are you from?

  6. Trevor says:

I’ve seen them before on TV and read a magazine article about it. I thought they were pretty cool as they are bigger than some of the apartment homes in my area. Traveling around in your portable house is such a cool invention in my opinion!

  7. WHOA!!! If I could afford one I wouldnt put my SLK in there. Maybe my SL though. 😆

    1. MoneyNing says:

SLs wouldn’t fit since they are kinda long.

  8. I think it’s too big. Way too big.

  9. Simon Lau says:

You know you have too much money you can afford a Ferrari and make a motor home it’s mobile garage.
I picture a bunch of rockstars chilling out in that tricked out 18wheeler too

    1. RacerX says:

      Touring Rockstars couldn’t afford this!

This is James Bond 007 CIA all the way 🙂

  10. Mr Nice Guy says:

Very interesting post. The house is impressive.

  11. You can stay in a crapload of killer hotels and drive a serious ride for the price of one of these deals. Pretty cool though.

  12. Michael Kwan says:

How are Shoemoney and Zac Johnson supposed to fit their Hummers in there?

    1. How about they make a bigger edition for the hummers? Probably a 3 bedroom apartment?

      1. Syed Balkhi says:

sounds like a good idea but making this trailer any higher would require the height of bridges to increase as well … 😯

  13. wisdom says:

Pretty nice pictures. Hah I wonder how many people you would need to tip that thing over from the inside.

  14. Mike Huang says:

I love the first RV where you can hide a car. *DROOLS*

    -Mike

  15. Wow, if houses could be like this but afforable we would not need to actually. The real estate market would be different 🙂 💡

  16. Moulinneuf says:

Better pictures of the inside of the Volkner :

  17. Juan Burton says:

haha WOW! 😯 thats what i need for when i go on tour! This summer 😉 its another John Chow discovery, no brainer

  18. Syed Balkhi says:

i dont like the motor home itself but i like the mercedes in there 😉

  19. How to Blog says:

Does it look awesome “hell yes!”, would I rent it for a party/road tip (if i could afford it). Would I live in it “NO!!”

  20. Bibokz says:

I’d definitely leave my house if i have that kind of super trailer. Wow… 😯

  21. Robert says:

I think I’d opt for the Bluebird. At least I can drive that. The Anderson Mobile Estate is more like one of those trailer homes that is virtually immobile since you have to hire someone to drive it. So I wouldn’t exactly call it a “mobile” estate. Nevertheless, it’s pretty cool, and if I had the money I guess I’d buy one.

  22. David Chew says:

    That is so nice. 🙂

  23. Robert says:

Will Smith’s mobile estate is the ultimate model. No place to sleep. Just TV and party!

  24. Jim says:

Those are some pretty sick luxary vehicles John! I really like those pictures, never knew anything like that had been made yet 😛

  25. Robert says:

The next step is a spaceship.

    1. Syed Balkhi says:

yeah i am waiting for that one … that would be for younger generation like me 👿

  26. Krsto says:

By the way, why is the number of RSS subscribers lower than two days ago??? Then it was 22k!? Is this another trick from John?! 👿

  27. Now that’s what I call a house…Truly is a mansion on wheels…

  28. natespost says:

Will a Jeep Cherokee fit in it?

  29. Wow, it’s party track!

  30. Jesus! I’d like to see someone driving around Ireland in one of those huge artics! (articulated trucks in your language, I think 🙂 )

  31. Hoodia says:

    Time to rock’n’roll…………..!
Seriously though, you’d have to be crazy to buy something like that- as well as being a millionaire!

  32. For less money, get a fractional ownership with with NetJets – faster and classier.

  33. Robert says:

Will a minivan fit in there?

  34. Azrael says:

    What a home!

  35. masyan says:

wow! it’s very big house. ;)))

  36. Robert says:

Will Smith’s doesn’t look like a home, though. That is more like a party bus or something of the sort. Wow, what a pimp.

  37. It is all just a piece of crap.

You only need to look for joy, happiness and inspiration. All the rest – all this luxury items mean nothing to me –

  38. Those pictures are insain cool…

  39. Eagles Links says:

Another informative post on how to make money online.. 🙄

Between posts like this, and pictures of what you eat for dinner, I’m learning so much.. Million dollars, here I come!

  40. KNau says:

Love it! The ground clearance is a little iffy, though. Looks like even a minor pothole could do some serious damage to that sucker. Would be a FANTASTIC tour bus, though!

To the complainers, relax about the making money posts and go read the archives. If you aren’t making money from what’s already been posted then you aren’t going to make money from any new posts either. It’s not rocket science. John Chow is “business” and “lifestyle”, get over it.

  41. Rob says:

    Wow, thats just insane…

  42. Holy crap! Didn’t even know that they made mobile homes that big!

  43. Terry Tay says:

Wow that is just amazing! The first one makes a lot of sense for those that travel by RV.

The other one is what the very rich use when they go “camping”.

It’s probably only going to be purchased by successful musicians that do a lot of travel when they tour. I would much rather stay in there than hotel rooms.

Is this the prize for the Affiliate Challege? 😀
    ~Terry

  44. natespost says:

I’ll still camp in a tent when I’m rich.

  45. POYTSPOT says:

w0w you got to love them, are you planning to buy john? 😆

  46. This type of home on wheels are yet to be seen in India. I think people here still prefer to have a stable house, not a roaming one. But, I personally liked the idea, especially, the interior design work.

  47. How to Blog says:

I’ll just take the car from underneath thanks!

  48. Robert says:

Sangeeta, people in the U.S. also prefer stable houses. I sure do! I think these mobile ones are for people who just have loads of cash and like to travel more comfortably. Or, in Will Smith’s, case for people who like to party!

  49. Oni says:

Wow , John you know what am proud of you I need your contact phone number so I can call to speak with you, well relating tho your Convoy its great and very acommodative for cocktails etc, I dont think presently in the jungle city of Africa the road would not be able to give a smooth drive on street, but it lovely for cruise I dont think I need that convoy as much as you think , but rather I prefer a smaller type .

  51. Dustin says:

  54. Chip says:

I’m crazy about trucks. This one is indeed the ultimate. I have a dream about buying my own truck, but here in Romania, it will remain a dream forever. The money will come, in time, 😎 but the roads won’t admit one big truck like this.
