Ultimate Home Away From Home
written by John Chow

Tell grandpa his days of pulling his SLK behind the Bluebird are over! The Bluebird RV from Volkner Mobil allows you do something that no other mobile home can do: store a car it ins own garage. Where on a more conventional motor home you would expect to find a hold for luggage, a door beneath the main body of the vehicle opens up to reveal a space large enough to park a family car.
It is perfect for mobile travelers hankering for a little more freedom on holiday, allowing them to take on excursions or trips to the supermarket without having to uproot the entire contents of their motor home at the same time. Plus, it’s just damn cool and should evoke envious looks from the other motor homes at the campsite.
The Volkner offers two different body length to accommodate different sizes cars. The 10.5 meter home will have enough room for a Mini Cooper or SLK. Moving up to the 12.3 meter home will allow you to fit a Porsche 911, Jaguar XK8 Cabriolets, Ferrari F430, Corvette Z06 or other similarly dimensioned cars. Pricing is not available but you can visit Vokner Mobil for more information and to schedule a test drive. Bring your car with you to make sure it fits.
Anderson Mobile Estates

As fancy as the Bluebird is, it’s not the ultimate motor home. That title would go to the above creation from Anderson Mobile Estate.
While most travel trailer provide 200 to 400 square feet of living space, the Anderson Mobile Estates trailers offer an incredible 1,100 square feet of spacious living area on two levels (the roof rises up to create the second floor). The estates are custom built to the owner’s preference. No request is too crazy. Want a safe play areas for your kids? No problem. How about a full recording studio with sound booth? They can do that too.
The Estate isn’t designed for the owner to drive. You would hire a driver to drive it to its remote location and then fly in on your private jet. The Anderson Mobile Estates may not be the ultimate way to travel since you don’t drive it. However, it is the ultimate way to live when there are no 5-star hotels near by. Below are some photos of the Estate belonging to Will Smith. No doubt Will deducted the $1.8 million cost of the Estate as a business expense.

This should’ve been titled “The Best White Trash Blog Post EVAR!” instead… This is ridiculous, I hate motor homes… How do these exist?! And how do people buy them?!
This would make an amazing restaurant! John should rent one and drive to the next trade show in Vegas
lol and he should hire you as his manager
He can transform it into a restaurant and a gym for customer and himself. It maybe earning a lot.
good for dating ya…
if i have this restaurant…i will travel with my family..
but i dont know, are in my country i will free to drive that restaurant…
its sound weird huh… driving the restaurant
can i buy from you but in credit 1200 years
kidding
You should buy one John and take the family for a vacation!
Or bring yourself and some other A-listers to the UK in the AFFILIATE CONVOY
That sure going to attract a lot people.
including me.

i want thats home…ops..mobil…or restaurant or what?
holly God…when i will have that BIG stuff?
John…can you teach me how can…?
this time (when we look that mobil) we must make commitment in our heart ‘yes, i will get it!’
Ups…
I could’ve done with either of those on my road trip last weekend..
Gotta love the neon lights…
Well said Alex.
It’s not a trailer like in a “white trash trailer park.” It’s a freaking RV. It’s not really “my thing” but I think most of the people using RVs for travel and leisure aren’t exactly “white trash.”
Obviously Will Smith isn’t “white trash” and I wouldn’t call someone like Clarence Thomas that either..obviously. Those are just some of the well known people who use RVs.
wow, that is insane! And you can bet the people driving them don’t even worry about the gas prices.
I’ll take 2!
…yeah I don’t think gas mileage is an issue if you are motoring around with a Porsche in the trunk
…and suddenly, the new apartment I was looking at doesn’t seem as cool now
Yeah, it looks as if the trailer is bigger than many one bedroom apartments!
It’s bigger and nicer then my house….
Heck, this looks a lot better than many houses out there. It probably costs more than a lot of the houses too.
I can just hear the rich guys talking to each other at the next cocktail party…
“So how many MPG does your house get?”
~Terry
It probably costs about a dollar a mile to drive one of these puppies.
That’s pretty amazing, but I prefer to spend that money on a real house or do something more productive
Agreed. In addition, I get really bad motion sickness… so if this thing were actually moving… I’d be sick the entire time.. but at least I’d be sick in something neat looking! I’d rather buy more homes or something… or better yet, an Aston Martin!
At 1.8 mill you could have change from 4 Aston Martins!
That just would no work in Europe. You wouldnt be able to go anywhere other than up and down motorways!
I agree on this. Where are you from?
I’ve seen them before on TV and read a magazine article about it. I thought they were pretty cool as they are bigger than some of the apartment homes in my area. Traveling around in your portable house is such a cool invention in my opinion!
WHOA!!! If I could afford one I wouldnt put my SLK in there. Maybe my SL though.
SLs wouldn’t fit since they are kinda long.
I think it’s too big. Way too big.
You know you have too much money you can afford a Ferrari and make a motor home it’s mobile garage.
I picture a bunch of rockstars chilling out in that tricked out 18wheeler too
Touring Rockstars couldn’t afford this!
This is James Bond 007 CIA all the way
Very interesting post. The house is impressive.
You can stay in a crapload of killer hotels and drive a serious ride for the price of one of these deals. Pretty cool though.
How are Shoemoney and Zac Johnson supposed to fit their Hummers in there?
How about they make a bigger edition for the hummers? Probably a 3 bedroom apartment?
sounds like a good idea but making this trailer any higher would require the height of bridges to increase as well …
Pretty nice pictures. Hah I wonder how many people you would need to tip that thing over from the inside.
I love the first RV where you can hide a car. *DROOLS*

Wow, if houses could be like this but afforable we would not need to actually. The real estate market would be different

haha WOW!
thats what i need for when i go on tour! This summer
its another John Chow discovery, no brainer
i dont like the motor home itself but i like the mercedes in there
Does it look awesome “hell yes!”, would I rent it for a party/road tip (if i could afford it). Would I live in it “NO!!”
I’d definitely leave my house if i have that kind of super trailer. Wow…
I think I’d opt for the Bluebird. At least I can drive that. The Anderson Mobile Estate is more like one of those trailer homes that is virtually immobile since you have to hire someone to drive it. So I wouldn’t exactly call it a “mobile” estate. Nevertheless, it’s pretty cool, and if I had the money I guess I’d buy one.
That is so nice.
Will Smith’s mobile estate is the ultimate model. No place to sleep. Just TV and party!
Those are some pretty sick luxary vehicles John! I really like those pictures, never knew anything like that had been made yet
The next step is a spaceship.
yeah i am waiting for that one … that would be for younger generation like me
And me …
By the way, why is the number of RSS subscribers lower than two days ago??? Then it was 22k!? Is this another trick from John?!
Now that’s what I call a house…Truly is a mansion on wheels…
Will a Jeep Cherokee fit in it?
