You mentioned the membership site is for the aspiring blogger. John, would you recommend it for a more advanced blogger? I don't want to jump through hoops finding out.

It sounds like it's just for the beginner blogger.

Another ultimate blogging, etc./

Nice post. Its an informative one. This will be of great help to the Wordpress users. Thanks for sharing this info.

Well this should be a good one as I did sell couple of those. But if you have already make money off the blogs then probably is not for you :P

REgarding question about successful blogs...have you heard about labnol.blogspot.com

first successful professional blogger in India blogging since 2004

His website is hosted in blogger platform

It is a stable website with about 45 lakh impressions every month

There isn't anything wrong with blogspot blogs. They can generate plenty of traffic as long as they have some links coming in.

I meant $10 per annum

Host your own blogspot first

Click on settings->publish-> switch to custom domain-> choose your domain name register it for $10 via google checkout...you have to renew it after 1 year...Go daddy has partnered with google for this service...

Best part...we can use the domain name with our blog instead of blogspot.com extension

infopediaonlinehere.blogspot.com

becomes

www.infopediaonline.com (say for example)

It is hosted in same blogger platform...no extra fees

we can make use of google apps, we can have our own domain specific email

all of these are described in detail in my blogspot...

http://infopediaonlinehere.blogspot.com/2010/02/wi...

http://infopediaonlinehere.blogspot.com/2010/02/be...

I don't make any money out of it and wanted to share you with youall...if you have any more questions you can email me and I'm happy to help you

infopediaonlinehere@gmail.com

as a newbie i definetely will look into. thanks john for sharing this post.

Everyone has to start somewhere. For me I love watching videos rather than readying how to do stuff. I remember when I began; I began with Wealthy Affiliate. However, since then I have left there and joined the Warrior Forum, Abestweb, ec (for free)t. Another great site for newbies and ever experienced markets is a program called building social equity. I am acutally getting ready to purchase the course to help better myself.

Personally, I have found WP pretty easy to operate though ;).

To make a new blog with private domain and hosting isn't so expensive now. The basic package maybe cost not more than $ 20...

the tutorial will be great info for the new beginner...

I think with a bit of video guidance and with some hands on work you can easily master Wordpress in no time at all!

I have learned a lot about WordPress in the past 2 years. I started out knowing nothing and have taught myself to use it.

Still, I am constantly discovering new little tricks, hacks and plugins that take WordPress to a whole new level.

I can't believe how advanced it really is. Anything that speeds up the learning curve would be highly valuable to a new user.

My story is similar, and a straight to the point guide like WP Wizard would of done wonders for me back then. Not only does it teach you everything about WP but also about blogging in general.

so basically this person purchased videos from http://www.plrwpvideos.com/, created a new site and is charging u the same as if u got them from the source. nice work john.

But the information that I've provided is correct...we can have our own domain, hosting, domain specific email address, google apps.......everything for $10......

Oh yeah, I've never heard about it before, so how many Successful Blogs on the internet use this hosting and platform you're talking about? I was just wondering. :)

Everything for 10?

That is so cheap. Perhaps you are talking about hosting our site on Blogger.

i think he/she meant $10/month.
and that is possible and can be done for even less than that..
You can easily get it for less than $5/month as well..
Not a big deal....

yes I still I'm using it...I'll be migrating to my own domain soon......

We can register a domain for $10 and use it throughout the year
http://infopediaonlinehere.blogspot.com/2010/02/be...

And yet, you're still using a domain from blogspot.com.

Nice call out? What's wrong with a blogspot blog? You can still make plenty of money with them.

Haven't you earn anything yet by now?

I can help anyone with domain names and webhosting for no charge, because its easy and doesn't take much time.
If you don't want my help then you can simply call any hosting company and they will help you right away.
I know there are many webhosting review websites and they are not accurate since those sites have paid hosting companies thus nice reviews.
But if money is not an issue then I guess I have no comments...
Thanks.

WP Wizard teaches more than just how to reg a domain name and set up webhosting. Many people like to receive easy to follow step by step instruction and that's what WP Wizard provides.

If you're totally new to blogging, then paying for some guidance is crucial. Time is money, and you're only wasting your time trying to figure things out on your own.

I definitely agree with you Jack! Why spend time nutting out problems that people have already worked to figure out. If you are starting out, it is products like these that will save you time and money.

Agreed, but why not just buy a book from eg Amazon. WP for Dummies is £7 (15$). A great series you can trust to deliver although there are plenty of others.

Possibly because some people prefer video lessons.

I think it depends on your skill level. Even then, if you're totally new there are a ton of free resources out there. In general if you ask people questions, they will help you. That's what's so great about the Wordpress user base...
