I have no idea who the celebrity poker guy is, but I thought it would be cool to get a picture of all of us sitting with him. Too bad we didn't have any cards.

I should have gone to Madame Tussaud's the last time I was in Vegas. I didn't go because I thought they were going to have the wax figures behind ropes and such. Now that I know that you can "interact" with them, so to speak, it sounds like a heck of a lot more fun. Not like the Ripley museum in Hollywood.

I agree, this is the fun part of John that makes me check his blog daily.

Any idea how much it costs to make one of these? They're all very realistic, and yes without J-Lo they would have looked real!

I had visited the Madame Tussauds at London a couple of years back. I visited the one at Amsterdam just before the new year. Though some of the statues are no doubt good some of them are of course not depicting the people as they are today which makes them look at lot unreal !

Anyways the museum is a must visit any day...

Those are some great pictures. I've only been to the wax museum once but this reminded me of a few photos that we took. I love that last picture with the tiger.

The best ones are the ones where the figures are not placed in some sort of context. Tiger Woods with golf clubs???

It is really fun, I have bin there in Amsterdam, First i thought.. damn.. boring..

but when i was there, and saw all the famous dolls.. it was really fun :D

Don King looks pretty believable, but what gives some of them away is that their hands can be pretty shiny/glossy.
