I can't imagine making money on Twitter like this unless the person Tweeting is incredibly famous. Getting a plug from Obama might drive a few sales, can't say I'd feel comfortable with trying this service out, however.

I have about 4000 followers and i receive offers. Infact on my other account where i have about 1700 followers, i had 5 open opportunities today! though they were worth $ 0.10 only.
What i want to tell u is that you should have a good twitter account, tweet good tweets and use good keywords in your sponsoredtweets account. Opps will come Inshallah :)

Curious, but true. When I search on Twitter using Find People, and look for JohnChow. Twitter doesn't find you. How strange is that?

I have to admit I have always been interested on advertising on Twitter, as in paying some personalities and influencers on Twitter to tweet about a couple of the projects I am working on.
Is it effective as an advertising medium though? Has anyone ever used these sponsored tweets or any like application to generate a buzz on Twitter? Would be genuinely fascinated to hear your results and experiences.
