Win a Watch Made of Wood by WeWOOD

written by John Chow on April 25, 2011

Big Idea Mastermind

I first showed the WeWOOD watch as a gadget of the week at Dot Com Pho. Now I’m going to give you a chance to win your own wooden time piece.

Feather-light, smooth and made of 100% natural wood, WeWOOD is the eco-chic way to tell time. Born in Florence, the city of art, beauty and creativity, WeWOOD consolidates the Italian ability to architect unique items and the necessity to care for the environment.

Feel the difference nature can bring. Completely absent of artificial or toxic material, WeWood fashion watches are as natural and kind as the wrist that carries it. Your WeWood watch breathes the same air we breathe, respects our skin as we respect nature by supporting sophisticated sustainability. As alive as nature, your timepiece records your sensations and shares your experiences and may awaken memories from another time and place. The perfect natural mate, the eco cool watches of WeWood tell a story that becomes yours to wear, smell and feel.

WeWood Watch

The WeWOOD watch is available as the classic date watch (shown above) or the high tech crono. Four types of natural woods are available, and they can be mixed and matched to create a unique look. The watches cost at $119 for the date and $139 for the crono.

You Buy A Watch, WeWOOD Plants a Tree

WeWOOD’s tree-planting partner, American Forests, is the oldest nonprofit conservation organization, and is recognized as the world leader in environmental restoration because of its dedicated tree-planting efforts.

When you buy a WeWOOD watch, you’re also helping the planet by planting a tree.

I would like to win this watch and wear it to bed so I can wake up with wood every morning.

ZK @ Web Marketing Tips April 25, 2011 at 9:06 pm

You said Best comments … will win it …

So there will be no iPad scrolling by waitress to get the winner ?

John | Affiliate Marketing April 26, 2011 at 9:39 am

HAHAHA, that was hilarious!

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:04 pm

You should give me the watch because I wood like to have one.

d3so April 27, 2011 at 3:00 pm

Or you mean waitresses who don’t know how to pick a winner effectively?

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:02 pm

Pretty cool watch, but I wonder how long they will last.

d3so April 25, 2011 at 11:32 am

I “wood” like to win one because it’s a unique timepiece.
It’d also be an essential item to have since I work in the medical field which requires constant handwashing, which is why I keep my watch in my pocket. I suppose these wooden watches are water resistant. Overall, I must have one!

ZK @ Web Marketing Tips April 25, 2011 at 9:07 pm

For the washing problem … simply buy casio water proof watches (watch which swimmer use).

But yes this is certainly a time piece and I would love to wear it on special occasions and parties.

Mathew Day April 25, 2011 at 9:49 pm

Yeah, it would be cool to have one to wear for the woodie awards. ;)

Blogging Park April 25, 2011 at 9:55 pm

I agree, its a unique timepiece but at this time I don’t find any proper reason to explain that you should give me this timepiece, anyway tweeting this and can expect someone has unique reason to explain.

ZK @ Web Marketing Tips April 25, 2011 at 11:39 pm

Unique reason is to wear unique watch on unique occassion.

That’s fair uniqueness.

marius April 26, 2011 at 10:09 am

I want to win the watch because I care about the environment, I recycle, and I’m a member of PETA.

Blogging Park April 26, 2011 at 11:09 am

Sorry I don’t have any uniqueness.pray for me,better luck later.

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:04 pm

A typical unique comment.

Blogging Park April 27, 2011 at 9:42 pm

Thanks for appreciation.I’m just honored.

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:05 pm

That probably won’t help you win the watch.

Blogging Park April 27, 2011 at 9:47 pm

Thanks for reminding me,actually it will cost 4 times to receive any products online for me.So I am thinking if I accidentally or tactfully win this watch i will give you for free, hope you never mind.Have a nice day and watch too.

Jen April 25, 2011 at 11:56 am

I would love to win a wood watch! Why should I be chosen? Well, I love supporting sustainable products and companies, these watches look amazing and the fact that I currently don’t have a wrist watch to wear, I am commonly late meeting up with people :) I would much rather own a wood watch than something made out of plastic! I would love to show off my new watch and be on time!

Stocks on Wall Street April 25, 2011 at 8:04 pm

I know right Jen, one of the coolest watches I have ever seen.

Shawn Knight April 25, 2011 at 12:36 pm

The cherry colored watch would match the wood grain in my new van perfectly! So pick me! hah

Joe B April 25, 2011 at 12:39 pm

I would love this watch because I work inside of a giant magnet. It’s hard to work when your metal watch is always sticking to the wall. Thanks John!

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:05 pm

I’m sure there are still some metal parts in it.

Kieran April 25, 2011 at 12:40 pm

I think I should win this watch so I can be gone with the hideous fluorescent orange watch I wear daily…. I need a bit of style! :D

Stocks on Wall Street April 25, 2011 at 8:05 pm

Haha great style, I can see you will match well lol.

Eric Bisson April 25, 2011 at 12:42 pm

With all the technology surrounding us would be nice to use a watch instead of my iPhone to wake up in the morning :)

John | Affiliate Marketing April 26, 2011 at 9:39 am

So true, I think I rely on my iPhone WAY too much!

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:06 pm

Lots of younger people no longer use watches because th etime is on all their mobile devices.

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:07 pm

That’s just the world evolving with new technology.

David Kirwan April 25, 2011 at 12:46 pm

My dad is a retired watchmaker and yet I’ve still seen nothing like this. I would love to show it to him in person and see what he thinks of it.

Azlan A April 25, 2011 at 12:51 pm

I really need a watch specially made out of wood :o

Cameron W. April 25, 2011 at 2:48 pm

I need to win a wooden watch for my wedding. The bride gets a new dress, a garter (for the toss), a veil and new jewellery. As the groom, I get nothing. Help me right this wrong with a beautiful new wooden watch.

Cindi April 25, 2011 at 8:55 pm

Traditionally, the groom gets the bride . . which, as you are the one marrying her, would be better than a wooden watch, hmmm?

Cameron W. April 26, 2011 at 8:38 am

It’s true, but she gets me. Doesn’t that count for anything?

Jeff G April 25, 2011 at 3:16 pm

I have never worn a watch because it rips out the hair in my arms. Yes, I could always shave the hair on my arm but then people will look at me strange. I believe a wooden watch would solve all of my watch-wearing baggage and help me to lead a happy and well “carved” life.

Deepak April 25, 2011 at 3:32 pm

I would like to win this watch and will never wear it because it will be so precious that i will just keep it in a transparent boy untill i don’t get any more precious watch than this.

Fazal @ Make Money Online April 25, 2011 at 3:38 pm

I would like to win this watch because I like Wood and I would love a new cool watch.

ps: I just tweeted it.

Edgar April 25, 2011 at 4:57 pm

Iam a huge fan of watches and I have sport many kinds before but never a wooden one and I think it will be nice to show off a nice watch like WeWood Watch and show everyone I too can help mother earth even if I am wearing a watch.

Thanks for the opportunity to win one.

Edgar

FreeMusicExposure.com April 25, 2011 at 6:40 pm

Haha, just when I thought I’ve seen it all in the watch world. I’m a big fan of watches too, and have all kinds in my collection, but never a watch made out of wood. I’m curious how comfortable it is, and how it works out in inclement weather. Is it coated/sealed or just wood? Any concerns about warping? Is the bezel functional? So many questions…but see if I win one then I could answer them.

Thanks for the fun…
@FreeExposure

Alex McIntire April 25, 2011 at 7:18 pm

These watches are cool and i’ll tell everyone about how awesome this is. ill let everyone know that they can get them form you. please give me a watch. those are super cool.

AnitoKid April 25, 2011 at 7:21 pm

AWESOME timepiece!

And why should I want to win one?
Truth be told, it’s the uber-coolest thing to have one! And I kid you not!

AnitoKid

Dad of Divas April 25, 2011 at 7:22 pm

I am always being told by my wife that I am out of style…I need one of these watches to prove to her that Wood is in style and that I in turn am also!

Josh Lucas April 25, 2011 at 7:27 pm

A wooden watch is major clutch
Humanitarian and vegetarian
All natural, formal or casual
A unique niche and conversation piece
To save the environment and better than gold at retirement
Do you get the jist? A WeWood watch would look awesome around my wrist!

Lisa D April 25, 2011 at 7:27 pm

Why Woodn’t you want Won!!

Keith April 25, 2011 at 7:27 pm

You should give me a watch because if you don’t I will go to Canada, hunt you down and torture you through excessive bacon consumption. Also, I was planing to buy a watch soon anyways and this one looks pretty bad ass in a retro kind of way. Oh, and I like trees FYI.

Note: I was totally kidding about he whole bacon torture thing. I will not go to Canada to find you. Honestly, I’m not even sure where Canada is. Sorry if I scared you.

Pawel Reszka April 25, 2011 at 7:30 pm

I am not very creative so I am just going to go buy one :) but feel free to send me a second one John. (Tweeted)

DavidMarsigne April 25, 2011 at 7:31 pm

John Chow Gives Free Wood! lol, Can I plant it and grow little wooden ipads?
Watch me give out wood to my followers and they’ll never be late to a woodbinar.
These are very sleek-looking watches and their nonprofit conservation cause for tree planting is top-notch.
Peace. David.

MichaelHaberman April 25, 2011 at 7:33 pm

I visited Italy 20 years ago and still have fond memories of Florence. It is a beautiful city. Unfortunately I have no “keepsake” from that trip. This watch would be a perfect keepsake and would bring back fond memories of my “time” there.

Julie W April 25, 2011 at 7:37 pm

Wow! A WeWood Watch!! It’s Mother’s Day soon and because I do so much for my familiy and not much for myself this “WeWood” watch would be a fabulous eco-friendly reminder that I do matter. How fashionable I’d be; how sophisticated I’d feel; and I’d have WeWood and John Chow to thank.

WeWood—WeWonderful!!

Hoan Huynh April 25, 2011 at 7:37 pm

I clicked already, I got a feeling … :)

Marco Lee April 25, 2011 at 7:41 pm

Why would I want a WeWood watch?

First of all I haven’t heard about WeWood watch… but then I saw how crafty it can be. Why would I want one?

1. First is that, I’d like to better use my time and what better way to do it than have a watch. If you know how to invest in your time your work and effort should be paid off… a WeWood watch would do the trick.

2. Who else in the world has a wooden watch? Probably there are others but they can be rare. Owning WeWood would be a good attention getter and an awesome conversation starter. Plus points for the girls.

3. WeWood Be helping the planet! What other purpose should we have (aside from giving value and service to others) except to enrich our lives and the planet we live in with the nourishment that it needs.

Overall it’s fine and dandy. Who wouldn’t like to have one?

Erwin April 25, 2011 at 7:46 pm

I’d like to win this wood watch because it’s unique. Everybody wants to be different by having or in this case wearing a unique piece of item. This watch has somehow high degree of uniqueness. Not many people are seen wearing this kind of watch, which is exactly why I want to win this watch.

Blake April 25, 2011 at 7:51 pm

I wood like a wood watch. I should and wood win if you pick my comment. Woodnt that be great?! With a wood watch not only wood I be a tree hugger but the “tree” wood hug (my wrist) back. Ya see, if my family won this watch WeWood wear it everywhere! That’s all for now but it wood be kind of you to give me your wood.

All the best,
Woody

Tom April 25, 2011 at 7:55 pm

When I was little, I wanted to be a forest ranger. I actually had a Smokey The Bear badge and other things like that. Silly, I know… but my interest in perserving the forests of our earth is still in me.

The fact that wearing that awesome WeWood watch on my wrist would mean that a tree was planted because of it… well, I would love to have that honor.

Cohen Business Solutions April 25, 2011 at 7:58 pm

I think I deserve the watch because I am a father of eleven children and I still make time to try to be a successful blogger, internet marketing, follower of JohnChow.com and hope to be really successful like you John

Clarissa April 25, 2011 at 7:59 pm

I would like to win this watch! Why? Because I am a staunch supporter of eco-friendly products. This time piece will surely be a symbol of nature and fashion. It will also be a great way to promote products using these kinds of material so that people maybe aware that trees and other natural resources are THAT important, thus, it is imperative to take care of them. (I am from another country John, I hope I’m not disqualified.)

Stocks on Wall Street April 25, 2011 at 8:03 pm

That’s a real sick watch I want it.

Penny Bid Auction Sites April 26, 2011 at 9:08 pm

Is that your entry? Proly won’t win.

Caitlyn April 25, 2011 at 8:10 pm

My 74-year-old mother frequently gets frustrated with her computer. She threatens to leave Richmond for good and join the Amish. I wood like to win this wood watch and give it to her for Mother’s Day so she can see that technology and back-to-nature can co-exist and she can keep living in Richmond … near John Chow!

Who knows, with a funky watch like this on her wrist maybe she’d even learn to tweet?!! (Not that I’m waiting for her – I’ve tweeted your message already.)

John April 25, 2011 at 8:11 pm

Wewood like to thank you for the invitation to win a wewood watch. Wewood watches are truly unique and stylish to boot. Wewood be able to make sure wewood be on time for John Chow next post. Have you ever heard the term “rubber time”? Well, it is a familiar term in Indonesia. Jam Karet (Rubber time) has become a habit in society and very difficult to break. The meeting was supposed to start at 9 am; in fact started at 2 pm.

I am an Indonesian. But, I really don’t like that habit.

Quite simply, I want to tell my friends,
“Hey, I have a weWood watch! It’s not like yourRubber watch!”

Please give me one. ;)

SOMSACK PHERMPHIKOUN April 25, 2011 at 8:23 pm

Wow! It’s so nice and very good watch to made them. I want to get one . How do i get it? I ‘d to be an agent for sell them.

Trigonal April 25, 2011 at 8:29 pm

I don’t want this watch for myself, but I want it for the time that I have to manage a better world in one of the most wooden country! :)

Indonesia!!!

Warm regards,
Trigonal

David Liming April 25, 2011 at 8:29 pm

John
I “wood” like to win this watch so when I go through airport security of into any secured building I don’t have to take my watch off. Also, if the internals are also wood, I will not have to worry about a electomagnetic pulse from a nuclear bomb explosion keeping me from telling what time it is.
Best Wishes
David

Paul April 25, 2011 at 8:30 pm

I would looove to win the wewood DATE brown watch because brown is my favorite color (I guess I’m weird) for clothes and accessories, plus I have a renewable energy focused website. PLUS I’ve never won anything before, so this would be a great time to start!

Tweeting now!

This kind of master piece can enhance your personality.

Everybody wear that gold, diamond or platinum kind of watch but when you will wear this than I am sure you will feel the difference. (Though I did not wear it yet but would love to).

David Marvin April 25, 2011 at 9:06 pm

I would love to win this watch.
I am always telling people about green technology.
With this watch I can show people how renewable products can replace other things.

fas April 25, 2011 at 9:07 pm

Rado Zupanc April 25, 2011 at 9:08 pm

I want this watch from YOU as I am selling wooden houses and maybe my bussines will grow with a help of YOUR wooden watch.
Thanks in advance
cheers from Slovenia

Dennis Holman April 25, 2011 at 9:10 pm

I would be pleased to receive a new WeWood watch because, right now, I don’t have enough time. A WeWood watch would give me extra time for family and friends. And, those who say that I don’t even give them the time of day would never have reason to make that complaint, again.

Chris at The Online Business Guide April 25, 2011 at 9:21 pm

If a tree falls in the forest, wood I have time to hear it?

With the WeWood I would!

Chris from http://www.ccgsalesonline.com

Sera April 25, 2011 at 9:27 pm

Why don’t you give me some wood so I can tell it what time it is…and look eco-chic cool doing it ;)

Vicki April 25, 2011 at 9:45 pm

Hey John-

Would like to win because I don’t currently have a watch, and like this one for it’s eco values plus it sounds very cool as an interactive time piece: breathing, respecting, sharing, awakening! Here’s to John Chow and nature attracting this my way:)

Well, I really could use a watch. I lost mine on last November and planning to buy a Titan FastTrack. If I win, I’ll not only save a few bucks, but will be the only one I know owning a Wooden Watch.

Mathew Day April 25, 2011 at 10:38 pm

Winning a watch made outta wood
that just might make me the coolest guy in the hood

Which just possibly I’m sure that it could
bring a whole new demographic as I stood

Flossin the next big trend made outta wood
but only if you chose me to win just like you should

Jose Gonzalez April 25, 2011 at 11:15 pm

I would like to win this watch because beyond its stylish means, it supports a cause in the world that many people may not even care about ,and sometimes it takes something as a watch to get people to understand that it serves as a greater importance such as helping restore our environment. Its also kind of tricky in good a way getting people to support a cause in its efforts by selling a eco-friendly watch,as we all know many people need something to benefit them in order to give back which is ashame in its entirety . Who ever may the owner be ,good luck and hope you see this watch as a stepping stone towards a better environmental purpose.

Mariyam April 25, 2011 at 11:15 pm

When someone asks ‘Have you got the time?”, I can say ‘No, but I’ve got wood”!

and I love how eco-friendly it is. and it would look great on my brown skin.

thank you!

Kavya Hari April 25, 2011 at 11:18 pm

It has to create different look, style :) At the time, if I’m going to buy WEWOOD watch , surely i have to planting a tree -sure :)

Larry H. April 25, 2011 at 11:27 pm

If I win this watch I will blog about it, talk about it in numerous forums and social networks, and join the affiliate program. I never endorse anything I haven’t personally used and I would personally use this everyday.

I’m not a complete liberal, but I believe in green living. Our family recycles, we use cloth diapers, and try to conserve energy whenever possible. Wearing a WeWood watch would be a great way for me to make a statement that transcends fashion and politics.

I deserve to win because I made no puns or sexual references to the word “wood.”

Really, I need this watch! John Chow has been “giving me wood” since the first time I saw his picture! Now, he can give me wood in a more special way. I didn’t meet him yet, but knowing he touched the watch will make it sooper-dooper, ultramagnificent WOOD! Come on, John, give me wood!

There are so many big-time watch-addicts who have huge watch collections and other people who want to “wake-up-with-wood”. But I want to put it on and flaunt it wherever I go and convey the ‘eco-friendly’ message to my friends and whoever eye’s it!

Thanks.

Russ April 26, 2011 at 12:54 am

Winning this piece of wood is like feeling closer to one of natures precious resources. Sculpted into something ornate and useful. Unlike a wood handle or doorway. This one will keep me running with time. I can be there on time. Have a handle on time. And realize that wood watches will not burn as easily as money. Like more smarts moves this timepiece will aid me in making time to add value and increase more time and money.

I will share stories of myself wearing the watch on the parties, in the clubs, business meetings, just walking in the park, being on the bus etc.. just to check if this watch helps in building new relationships with girls (as a starter for the conversation of course, something to grab attention – the rest is on me). I choose girls because I find it more interesting to me but I’m sure this would work with man as well.

Luiz Augusto Sousa Coronheiro April 26, 2011 at 4:16 am

I would like to win this watch, because every time I watch it I´ll remember that there is an organization just like WeWood which concerns about enviroment.

Kay Lynn April 26, 2011 at 4:29 am

I’m pinning all my hopes on winning on twitter!

Max Vasquez April 26, 2011 at 5:26 am

What would we want when we walk with wonder when watchers watch wondrously? We-Wood wooden watches! Why wouldn’t we? (will [ret]weet [to] win!)

Dimitri Tholen April 26, 2011 at 6:15 am

Wow John, I don’t want to play the disability card, but check out my photo — doesn’t this watch completely match my prosthesis?

I would like to win because every girl needs a little wood, and I don’t get enough at -all-.

John | Affiliate Marketing April 26, 2011 at 9:41 am

Very brave comment to say ;)

Crystal Groves May 3, 2011 at 6:17 pm

I do what I can :)

Thomas April 26, 2011 at 6:47 am

I just tweeted your post. Watches are essential in today’s world. I can’t understand people who don’t have a watch. It’s stylish. It’s keep you on time. And it’s essential. With this watch it’s green for the evironment.

REYNALDO DE ASIS April 26, 2011 at 6:47 am

I SHOULD WIN A ‘WOOD’ WATCH BECAUSE I LIKE THE WATCH AND WOULD LIKE TO OWN ONE.IF I DON’T WIN IT, I’LL SURELY BUY ONE. NO PROBLEM! THANKS FOR THE CHANCE !

Andi B. @ Modern Tightwad April 26, 2011 at 7:02 am

I would like to answer the immortal question: How much time would a wood watch tell, if a wood watch would tell time?

All kidding aside, you had me at “completely free of artificial or toxic material.” I have severe chemical sensitivities that limit what I can wear (plastics are a major no-no). Plus I live in a really green city and am in desperate need of some hippie street cred.

Randy sizemore April 26, 2011 at 7:56 am

I want to win the watch cuz i want to show off the wood that John Chow gave me every day!

John | Affiliate Marketing April 26, 2011 at 9:41 am

Always nice to show off the wood!

Anand Agrawal April 26, 2011 at 8:05 am

hai john !
its a cool watch i wood like to wear one. because it can remind me always that its the time to save wood, plant trees or we’ll be too late cause its GLOBAL WARMING time on earth.
SAVE WOOD , SAVE OUR EARTH.

Dean Saliba April 26, 2011 at 8:15 am

I should win the watch because it ‘wood’ go with me as everything about me is already wooden! I walk like I am made of wood, when I tackle people in football they fall like trees, and when I sing it sounds like a cat with a splinter in its paw!

Craig Desmarais April 26, 2011 at 8:40 am

What better way to wear a cause on your sleeve, or wrist in this case. My brother is a certified arborist and he would love to have a watch like this. He is in the process of building an eco-friendly fruit farm in Rhode Island and has started his own non-profit organization. This would be for him not for me!

Awesome style by the way.

John April 26, 2011 at 8:59 am

Hey John, As usual, you’re up to your old tricks of being incredibly generous and giving away awesome stuff!

You should give the watch to me because:

1.) I’m obsessed with the genuine. This isn’t just natural vs artificial, but anything that’s well suited to it’s purpose and that doesn’t pretend to be something else. Wood is well suited for a watch, and the sustainable natural angle is also HUGE.

2.) I’m a new blogger and it would give me something else great to write about on my site.

3.) I haven’t had a watch for about 14 years and this would be the ultimate watch for getting back on time and becoming more effective and efficient.

And the best reason of all!
4.) I will tell EVERYBODY that asks about it (and some who don’t) about how awesome John Chow is that he gave me this amazing watch, and how they should go to http://www.johnchow.com to see what’s up!

Wow, i dont know, why this reply doesn’t appear in my mind. Your reply is looking nice. I hope john will be happy to see your reply. Telling everybody is a pretty nice thing, but no use. Because, john will give watch to only one people. :)

John | Affiliate Marketing April 26, 2011 at 9:40 am

Tons of comments way better then mine… I just wanna win!

Vanson April 26, 2011 at 9:47 am

I’ve never wear a watch, plant a tree or retweet for others. But right now, I am willing to do it for a watch, and plant a tree indirectly. Give it to me!

Nick Throlson April 26, 2011 at 10:14 am

I want the watch because I’m a successful blogger and it will make me look fly at the next Affiliate Summit!

James Wilcox April 26, 2011 at 10:52 am

Those are super nice, green watches John! I’ll take one!

Mate Hegedus April 26, 2011 at 10:57 am

John Chow, let me tell you why I should win the watch,
Because I am writing this instead of watching a football match!

A wooden watch would make me look so fly,
It would turn every girl’s head as I walked by.

I mean a watch made out of wood?
C’mon John, give me that watch for good!

:)

Email List Building April 26, 2011 at 11:02 am

Hey John,

I’d like to win this watch because I like it and I want to find out how practical it really is and how durable it will be.

I think that the idea of planting a tree whenever a person buys this watch is great. I wonder if they’ll also plant a tree for the watch that will be given to me when I win it.

I certainly hope so.

When I win this watch I will wear it and blog about it and I will link back to your blog so everybody knows where great contests with outstanding prizes are happening.

I’m making a note of this comment so that I can keep all the promises made in it.

Cheers,
Vance

Allen Walker April 26, 2011 at 6:42 pm

Why I Should Win This Eco-Friendly Watch:

So I can be saving the environment while reading John Chow’s blog at the same time…

Nanette Levin April 26, 2011 at 6:44 pm

My Timex’s may keep on ticking but it’s a chore to dig the dirt out of the metal expanding bands (when they don’t break) when a racehorse somersaults at 30+ mph or launches me for some other reason. These beautiful wood bands would be a conversation piece at the track (with many likely purchases) and a whole lot easier to clean. Of course, one may question my sanity in wearing something so precious for potentially dangerous work. I don’t go off horses often and enjoy using the things I treasure. Seems better to don something that’s remarkable than hide it in a safe.

i would like to buy that sandal color one. really nice watch.

Dane Jorgensen April 27, 2011 at 9:21 am

Whats the difference between a wood watch and a boner? I don’t have a wood watch.

(well, technically, now I will after this witty comment)

Keep up the great work!

Rajiv April 27, 2011 at 12:13 pm

Awesome, would like to have one.

Bogdan April 27, 2011 at 12:49 pm

You should give me a WeWood watch because I am 18, and as a young man, I have a hard time organizimg my time. A watch would help me organize my time better as I would always know the time, not having to look for my phone avery time.

Janja April 27, 2011 at 1:51 pm

This watch should remind us all to use nature and materials in a responsible way. Not only the material is all natural, but it is also stylish. It is an all natural way to organize our time. I am a nature lover, so with this watch I will be in constant contact with it, feel it and smell it. Hope it still smell as wood. :) ) I love the smell of wood and fresh grass.
WWW WeWood.

Rodrigo April 27, 2011 at 4:56 pm

Time and wood. Both priceless both finite.

The most precious resource and a marvelous material, now united on an single masterpiece!

I’ll win the WeWoodWatch, because it’s my time to save the planet!

Vincent Woon April 27, 2011 at 9:24 pm

Going Green and Natural helps make the world a better place for our children.
Winning a WeWOOD watch will make it one step closer! ….
No more rubber or non recycle watch! :-)

Thanks!

Sergio Argiles April 28, 2011 at 3:06 am

Wood conforms de most common living structures of the forests that populate the world. A wooden watch is a way to stay in contact with all ecosystems and be aware that we still belong to nature, no matter how much techcnology we have around.

a5v19 April 28, 2011 at 10:40 am

I Win A Watch, WeWOOD Plants a Tree :)

Caitlin April 28, 2011 at 2:30 pm

I think I should win this watch because I have not had one in years and it would come in handy for keeping track of time during all my University exams! Also, I am an aspiring environmental journalist, environmentally conscious and as my friends call me–a “treehugger”. I think this piece would be both practical as well as tie in my love for the environment and conservation.

Deron April 29, 2011 at 8:51 am
