While Costa Rica isn’t the first country that comes to mind when one think of great culinary adventures, the place does offer something for every taste. I ate more lobsters in Costa Rica than any other place. I lost track of how many lobsters I had. At every restaurant we went to, the lobster was always the most expensive dish on the menu.
Rule #1: When Matt Lloyd is paying for it, always order the most expensive dish.
