Who would have thought the eating lunch can help you lose weight? Well, it can if it’s a Dot Com Lunch. Not only is Pho extremely tasty, but it’s also quite healthy, and a great part of a balanced diet.

On this edition of the Dot Com Lunch, I show you how I lost 15 pounds in just one month. I started off at 215.2 pounds. I’m now at 199.9 pounds. I have a goal to getting down to 185 pounds by year end, but at this rate, I could be there in another 30 days! Want to know how I did it? Then watch the video!
