We got a nice shady spot on the patio right next to the restaurant, which offered great lighting for shooting videos. In all, 13 people showed up to enjoy an afternoon of fine food and networking. We even had the original dot com dog making an appearance.
This episode of the Dot Com Lunch was the first filmed with the new Sennheiser EW 112P G3-A omni-directional microphone system. You may recall I used these mics for the last Driving with John Chow video. This time I set the attenuator to -60dB, which reduced the background noise so that the person speaking is nice and clear. The other gadget of the week was the biggest gadget battery I have ever seen. Enjoy!
