Dot Com Pho – How To Make Real Iced Coffee Edition

I’m still in Vancouver, and that means the Dot Com Lunch is still the Dot Com Pho. Once again we headed out to Happy Pho at Main Street and King King Edward for an afternoon of fun and networking.

One of the great things about Pho in Vancouver is they know how to make real Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The iced coffee we get in Orange County is a poor imitation, and is in no way representative of real iced coffee. I’m hoping that Pho Ba Co in Irvine will watch this Dot Com video, and then get the equipment to the make real Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The OC needs it badly!

Like last week, this episode of Dot Com Pho was filmed and processed at Happy Pho using the Olympus E-M1 digital camera and Apple iMovie. Then the video was uploaded at the Apple Store in Richmond Centre, where they have 80MBit wireless upload speed. I was able to upload 18GB worth of videos in about 30 minutes.

Anyone is welcome to join us for Dot Com Pho or the Dot Com Lunch. Join us at our meetup group to find the time and location of the next event.
