For this week’s Dot Com Pho, we went back to Seattle’s International District to try out Pho Thanh Vi on South Jackson Street. Thanh Vi is not part of the Pho Bac mafia. You can tell that the instant you walk inside. For one thing, the place is extremely clean and welcoming. Their menu also offers a lot more choices other than just Vietnamese beef noodle soup. I got a table for eight but other than myself, only Harlan and Travis showed up. Two people ended sitting in our table so it looked like we had five.
