The pursuit of happiness is, along with life and liberty, one of our fundamental rights. But do people who pursue happiness ever get it?
That question was part of a multi-year university study. How they did the study I’m not sure. I mean, do you put out a want ad asking for people who are pursuing happiness? Would people even admit to that? At any rate, the study concluded that people who spend their time in the pursuit of happiness rarely ended up happy. I find that pretty funny because anyone could have told them the answer and saved them the millions of the dollars the study cost.
If the pursuit of happiness doesn’t make you happy, then what does? The answer is in this episode of Driving with John Chow. Don’t worry, be happy!
