Chef Hung, a native of Kinmen County in Taiwan, is known for his integrity, earnestness, and diligence. Commencing his culinary apprenticeship since the tender age of 17, he now has over 20 years of experience, unrivaled techniques, and his own secret recipe. Since 1995, he has exemplify the high spirit and virtues of Chinese culinary culture. The flagship store was founded in Vancouver in 2009 and in 2011, Hung’s award-winning creation arrived in the United States and Mainland China.

Irvine, California, is the only city in America where you can sample Chef Hung’s amazing Taiwan noodles. This isn’t really surprising since the Diamond Jamboree Plaza in Irvine is home to the first 85C Bakery Cafe and BBQ Chicken.
