On my last episode of Driving with John Chow, I talked about the Time Quadrant for personal success. On this episode, I want to introduce another, but equally important, quadrant: the Cashflow Quadrant.
The Cashflow Quadrant was a term coined by Robert Kiyosaki of Rich Dad Poor Dad fame. The Cashflow Quadrant states that are only four ways to make money (cashflow), and like the time quadrant, successful people make their money in different quadrants than unsuccessful people.
Which quadrant are you making your money with? If it’s not the same quadrants that I’m in, then that would explain the difference in our cashflow.
