Besides helping my readers to make money online, I also like to make them hungry. For this episode of Eating with John Chow, we went for lunch at The Counter. This is a burger joint that custom builts every burger.
The restaurant chain was started in California, where they have 22 locations, and has expanded into eight other states, plus four countries. We dined at the Irvine Woodbury location.
The hardest thing about eating at The Counter is creating the burger itself. You can spend a good half hour or more trying to decide what to put between the buns. There’s a dozen cheeses to choose from, half a dozen buns, different meats, and the add-ons are endless. The second hardest thing is eating the damn thing. It’s HUGE! Watch the video and you’ll see.
